Our constantly varied, functional fitness classes. Sessions are 60 minutes long and designed to increase strength and fitness fast. Each class consists of warm up, skills practice, work out of the day (WOD) and cool down, catered to all fitness levels for a challenging and fun session.

Keen to work on a particular skill or movement after class? Or perhaps you'd like to stay after your Group Training session and have a good stretch? Our Open Gym slots are perfect for our members to work on any pre or post-class extras, to compliment their Group Training class routine.
